What you’ll bring

8+ years in consumer electronics project management, including 5+ in a senior or lead role.
Experience bringing products of 100,000+ units to market.
Engineering degree, strong technical knowledge and Shenzhen supply-chain experience.
Fluent English and Chinese; confident working with international teams.

From RMB 30,000 / month + performance incentives · Approx. 20% travel

What you’ll do

Own filming and editing, from spontaneous moments to planned interviews.
Create short-form social content and longer YouTube videos.
Shape stories through pacing, sound, music and visuals; propose new formats.

What you’ll bring

A strong portfolio showing both filming and editing.
Fluent English and a feel for international startup and technology audiences.
Confidence with cameras, audio, lighting and professional editing tools.
Curiosity about hardware and the ability to work with the team in Shenzhen.

Senior Electronics Engineer

Design electronics that take hardware startups from concept to shipping products. Own schematics, PCB layout and validation across robotics, e-mobility, AI wearables and consumer electronics.

What you’ll do

Own schematic design and complex multilayer PCB layout in Altium Designer.
Bring up boards, debug root causes and integrate electronics with firmware and mechanical systems.
Lead validation, EMC compliance and DFM / DFT through EVT, DVT, PVT and mass production.

What you’ll bring

10+ years designing electronics from schematics and PCB layout through production.
Expert Altium skills and strong analog, digital, power and mixed-signal fundamentals.
Hands-on debugging, EMC-aware design and experience with Chinese contract manufacturers.
Relevant engineering degree and professional English for daily technical collaboration.

30–50k / month base salary, depending on experience · Reports to the Technology Lead · Bao’an, Shenzhen

Supply Chain Manager

Manage the supply chain behind ambitious hardware projects, from prototype sourcing and pilot builds to production delivery. Work with international engineers, project managers and suppliers in China to balance quality, cost, lead times and supply risk.

What you’ll do

Source and manage suppliers for components, PCBA, machining, injection moulding, tooling and assembly.
Own purchasing, material planning, inventory and logistics across multiple projects.
Support NPI and production readiness, negotiate costs and resolve delivery and supply risks.
Build clear supplier, purchasing and inventory processes, supported by practical digital tools.

What you’ll bring

8–10 years in consumer electronics, home appliances or digital-product supply chains, including at least 5 years in supply chain management.
Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation and cost analysis skills; experience from development builds through production.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in supply chain management, engineering or a related field; confidence with BOMs, Excel and ERP/MRP tools.
Fluent Mandarin and working English for meetings, emails and collaboration with international teams.

Shenzhen and Pearl River Delta supplier networks, international logistics and experience building supply chain processes are a plus.
